I’m Aaron Johnson, owner and founder of Heights Consulting, and a dedicated sales expert with an extensive history of direct sales and sales management experience. 

I began my sales career in 2006 at a local State Farm Insurance agency. From there, I also had the opportunity to spend time working in IT sales, became a Sales Manager, and moved on to become Director of Sales where I oversaw revenue growth from $14M to $27M. 

In 2020, I launched Heights Consulting where I can pursue my passion for sales leadership and help sales teams and business owners reach and exceed their business goals.
